You all know me, you know a Triathlon is not something I do regularly (or EVER) but I’m going to do this! It might not be the longest or the hardest one out there, but I’m training for it, I’m going to cycle a bicycle on a road (nightmare) and I’m going to raise money for an amazing charity! Team Monkey take on a Triathlon on Sunday 12th May

We are thrilled to have Ellie Fletcher in our team. Ellie is a former Monkey Music teacher and is now training to become a Music Therapist with Nordoff Robbins.

Try-a-Tri? A baby triathlon to encourage more women to participate in the sport and try it out: 200m swim, 11km bike and 2.5km run

Aqua Bike: 400m swim, 26 km bike

- £5 will provide a tool for a non verbal child to be able to express themselves beyond words through something as simple as drumsticks

- £50 will pay for a child suffering from cancer to attend a music therapy session

- £250 will pay for a full day of music therapy in a dedicated centre

Ambitious target?  If we reach our target it will provide over 300 individual music therapy sessions.  At Monkey Music we share the belief of Nordoff Robbins that music really does change lives - help us to support their work and reach more people.
