They provide an Animal Assisted Therapy service which includes Jess, the Pet Respect Therapy Dog, going into care homes, schools, youth groups or more to help less fortunate people with their everyday lives.
Animal Assisted Therapy has been proven to help people recover from phobia's, helping with speech and communication problems and even helping raise self esteem.
The average cost of a Therapy Dog session is around £20, however we would prefer and love to give the sessions free to the people who need it.
So please sponsor Sam the Dog for his big run challenge and help the Animal Assisted Therapy course get to the people who need it, and it get to them with lower / no costs.
