Gliser is our 18 year old derby winning  retired racehorse who was saved by Serbia's Forgotten Paws from an awful end. 

After a successful racing career Gliser was also used by the army to breed future racers in Serbia. He was rescued by us in August 2015 as he was due to be auctioned off per kg for meat. he was in poor condition, however still full of life! Since moving to Serbia's first horse sanctuary, he has settled in well and been gelded to ensure that he can be turned out in fields with other horses.

Gliser will not be ridden or worked, he should simply enjoy his well deserved retirement in a field with plenty of attention and carrots.
