Hi, guys!

Thank you so much for visiting our donation page. The reason why we have invited you here is so that we can try to persuade you to make a donation towards the World Cancer Research Fund. On the 14th of May 2017, at Regent's Park, a few of us from the team here at Gluru are going to dress up (our costume is still undecided, however we are very open to suggestions), and take part in the London Superhero Charity Run. Despite how hilarious it will be to see many of us dressed up in obscure costumes, attempting to brave either a 5km or 10km run, the incentive for doing so is no joke at all.

According to Cancer Research UK, Cancer currently accounts for around 29% of the total deaths in the UK. With this devastating statistic in mind, it is sad to assume that many of you will have either lost someone directly to Cancer, or know of someone who has - I know I have. Therefore, you will most probably understand the grief and pain that it causes many families, which quite frankly, shouldn’t be allowed to continue.

Therefore through JustGiving, you can sponsor us through generous donations, and together with the World Cancer Research Fund we can defeat this horrible disease. All of your donations will be quickly processed and passed to charity. We understand that with Christmas having just passed, many of you may be strapped for cash. However, we’d just like to say that any donation - no matter how much it is- would be greatly appreciated and will go to such an important cause.
