We work for the amazing charity KIDS - who support disabled children and their families. KIDS are a national charity with a lot of local presence but are unfortunately not very well known so we have this opportunity to run the Bath Half Marathon for the charity and shout about the incredible work they do.

All the money raised from this event - so every penny donated on this page - will be put towards funding our KIDS Saturday Club in Bath, which is due to come to an end soon. We need to raise as much money as possible to ensure this club keeps going. The club is for disabled children aged 5-13 years old and supports 15 families. Children who attend the club have a range of support needs, including those who require 1-1 care. The club provides days of fun and adventure, offering centre based activities including music, arts and crafts, outdoor and sensory play. Time at the club enables parents to have a break from caring and to spend some quality time together.

We aren't 'runners' - this will be our first Half Marathon but we are determined to get through it! Even if it takes a day....! So, please, every penny helps... and plenty of encouraging messages!
