We wanted to run the London half and wanted to raise money for a charity in memory of Trevor. 

Our neighbour was 84 years old when he passed away on Valentine's Day. He had Parkinson's and I remember his right hand shaking all the time so he'd sit on his hand when I came over. 

We had such a laugh. Will miss Trevor x
