I am not very good at running, I never really have been. Fortunately for me, the more I exercise, the quicker my physical health will improve and soon enough i'll be doing the mobot with a smile on my face whilst running through the streets of Hackney.

Unfortunately mental health is a little different. Mental health isn't  always obvious to the naked eye. That's why myself and the rest of Pioneer Search are supporting Young Minds Trust in the fight to make sure every child has the best possible support for mental health.

So on May 19th I will be running (and most likely walking) the Hackney Half Marathon. I wont be setting record times and certainly wont be looking impeccable completing it, but if you're all kind enough to support me in our fight against mental health, I promise i'll make it round in one piece.. Well hopefully.
