Griffith Smith are supporting Brighton & Hove Impetus in 2019/20 and as part of our support a team of 3 have decided to take on the September Brighton & Hove Triathlon.

The Triathlon takes places on Sunday 15 September, so plenty of time to get training! The team are as follows;

• Robert – 1500m Sea Swim
• Deborah – 40km Bike
• Linda – 10km Run

Robert Hutchins and Linda Chapman both work within the Commercial team at the Brighton office and Deborah Francis works within our Employment and Litigation team, also at the Brighton office.

Who are Brighton & Hove Imeptus?

Loneliness & isolation make people more prone to depression & can be as damaging to health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Over 44,000 people live alone in our city; that's about 23 people per street. Brighton & Hove Impetus offers community support and life-changing services including befriending, social prescribing & advocacy that each year helps 1,000 people, supported by 400 trained volunteers working 14,000 hrs. Help me fundraise to support Impetus to deliver and expand crucial work tackling isolation & loneliness across our city.
