I started running on 21st June, 2015 because I wanted to change.

Change in terms of having a challenge for myself to help my fitness and raise money for many good causes.

My first major challenge is to run the longest distance ever in my life carrying an original London Olympic torch used for the London Olympics relay in 2012.

Please donate however much you can, large or small will all be greatly received.

This will be part of my 5 year of challenges known as #55alive.

I am in my 55th year on this beautiful Earth and i'm happy to be alive!
