Hi i'm defying my cerebral palsy and blogging about completing my forty challenges. So far I have:

Completed 10 years of cycling on Red Funnel covering over 105,400 miles (four times around equator)
Completed Full Tough Mudder 2017.
Became first adaptive rower to single scull round Hayling Island.
Completed Southampton half marathon 2017.
Abseiled Olympic tower.
Cycled around Isle of Wight.
Completed ABP Southampton half marathon.
Took part in first ever Great South Run wheelchair mile.
Coached tug of War at SaintsFC
Completed Olympic Park 10km.
Completed ABP marathon.
Took part in Southampton Stags old boys game.

In 2018 I trapped a nerve in my neck and partially tore muscles in my shoulder. It will heal but the following will have to wait until 2019.
