For the last 3 years, I have been celebrating my birthday in a slightly different way.... instead of being given cards, bought gifts or taken for drinks I have asked my friends and family to donate the money they would have spent on said things to a charity or cause chosen by me, and this year is no different!! 

All I ask of you is this... donate just £1.00 (or more if you are feeling flush!!) to my Just Giving page by the end of September in my honour and abide by the following rules: 

- DO NOT BUY ME CARDS 

-DO NOT BUY ME GIFTS 

-DO NOT TAKE ME FOR DRINKS/CAKE 

Instead, take a screen shot of your donation and either send it to me or post on social media with the hashtag #happybirthdaylinds - the reason for this is to spread awareness but it's not crucial, just the donation is more than enough!

All money raised will be going to Body & Soul charity who help people affected by adversity and trauma as children or adults. I am lucky enough to have volunteered with them and the work they do is truly extraordinary. I know first hand how necessary and special this charity is to so many and if I can even do a tiny bit to help it would really make my birthday a brilliant one! 

I will also pledge to match whatever is raised, so get those pounds coming in!! This birthday gal is ready to make it rain!!! :)
