There are a few of us doing things at the Owls in the Park day in Hillsborough Park to raise money for Sheffield Childrens Hospital. As you all know I am an athlete so running the duck pond 20 times should be a doddle :(

I'm running 6k for charity which I'm sure for some of you is simples...... for me however it's a bit of a challenge but no pain no gain.

So if you'd liked to sponsor me that would be great and with all the money going to Sheffield Children's Hospital it will help lots of great kids too.
