Harvey Buster Baldwin was an inquisitive young man that wanted to know what happened to his blood samples, and why we had to test his blood so often, and where did his samples go? We gave him a tour of our laboratories and gave him a white coat and a cardboard Trust ID badge on a lanyard.
Unfortunately Harvey lost his battle against Leukaemia and in Harvey's memory we started giving other critically ill children and young people tours but ensuring they had good sized lab coats to wear and take away, and a proper Trust ID badge of a Trainee Scientist; They became members of Harvey's Gang
