Mum died from Alzheimer's disease in 2003. Since then friends and family have helped me to raise over £20,000 for the society. This year's challenge is a 100k run over the South Downs from Eastbourne to Arundel. I'll be running it over two days, around 50k each day, in memory of Mum. Alzheimer's and Dementia affect so many of us, and I want to help to fund research and to provide care for sufferers and their families. This is such a worthwhile charity, please help if you can!
