Fat men don't run. People with very short legs don't either. I'm both. I hate running. It's horrible. Absolutely zero fun. But hey that means anyone who donates does so with the added bonus of inflicting pain and misery on me in the process!

Anyway, I'm doing this to raise money as part of Heaney Watson's fundraising for Alder Hey. In particular, we are doing it #4Ava. Ava Stokes is just approaching 2 years old and is currently beating cancer with the help of Alder Hey.

Ava is the inspiration. She is an enchanting, fantastic example to us all and we think she is fabulous. So I'll pretend to be a runner, you give the money and we can let those brilliant people at Alder Hey carry on doing their amazing work.
