Hello, I am cycling 107miles from Cardiff to Tenby on Saturday 6th may. Having only cycled 35 miles in training, this is going to be quite a challenge; but I've got my padded shorts, some energy gels and it looks like we may be lucky and have a tail wind - all donations hugely appreciated to help the great work JDRF do to find a cure for Type 1 diabetes.
