Please sponsor me to run the London Marathon this year as I want to support the work that this wonderful charity does.

It's 35,000 volunteers work tirelessly and unselfishly to support the older residents of Great Britain. Often the contact and support they provide are the only faces many older people see every week...what a great cause to run for.

Those of you who know me, know that running has been a true journey for me, in every sense of the word, over the last few years. Running this distance will be a real challenge for me and I can't think of a better cause to benefit that Royal Voluntary Service
