I have recently had a baby and thought this would be a good opportunity to get my distances back up in the lido while raising money for heart research along the way.

My mother had a spontaneous heart attack nearly 2 years ago, so this kind of research is now very prevalent to my life. This and seeing fellow long distance swimmers lose their lives to heart issues, I think this research is paramount to ensuring people live longer in the future.
