Hello all my wonderful friends, particularly those looking to offset the gluttony and vices of the festive season by giving a charitable donation to a wonderful cause ;) 

I will be trying to complete my hat-trick of Bath Half's, once again for the brilliant charity Send a Cow. 

This year I've managed to persuade a whole herd of family to join, so there will be at least eight other Symington's trailing in my wake. 

Send a Cow do fantastic work in many African countries helping and educating people who without their work would live very different lives.
