On Monday 22 July I embark on 10 days of cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats. This is a challenge I have always wanted to set myself and the 940 mile trip will involve 8-10 hours in the saddle each day... hoping to avoid saddle sores!

Cycling has allowed me to get out of the smog of London Town and enjoy some of the beautiful scenery that the UK has to offer. Unfortunately not all can be so lucky and hence I am raising money for Designability which is a Bath based charity who design and create products for children and adults living with a disability, or long-term health condition. Their products enable greater independence and help people with mobility problems. Designability receives no statutory funding so your donations are vital in helping them to the transform the lives of people living with a disability
