We Highland Cross raises money for causes to benefit the people of the Highlands

Story

On June 22nd I'll be running/biking my sixth Highland Cross. It has become a regular event on my calendar now because it is such a rewarding event to be part of. Not only is the day itself challenging and full of camaraderie, but the benefits can be felt and seen for the years in the community.

Each year around five charities are selected by the independent panel to benefit from money raised by the Cross. They often receive specially-adapted vehicles or contributions to major building works to help the charities survive and thrive, helping the most vulnerable in our society.

You can see the vehicles with their Highland Cross logo going about their business for years to come and always feel a pride that you, in some small way, helped contribute to the good work of so many charities and good causes across the region.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
