It is so important for women and all those affected by domestic violence and all the implications that come from that, to have somewhere to go and be aware of the support available. It is also important for this support to be sustained. This includes the family members who do so much to ensure their loved one is not lost to this awful situation you can be found in. Running a marathon is entirely about being strong within yourself both in mind and body and that is why I have chosen to donate to this charity. My goal being £10 for every mile completed.
