Having run daily for mental health reasons for over 15 years I've decided it's finally time to take the plunge!  I can't wait for Flo, Henry and Ottilie to watch me cross the line (hopefully with dry knickers!).  LAFF and Azul Wasi have been a part of our lives for a long time.  Sarah Oakes the founder has been a friend for nearly 20 years and Mark and I first visited the home in 2004.  I have been a trustee and even Flo now has a penpal there.

After two years of waiting and after one very soggy virtual marathon lapping Godalming and surrounding area the real deal is finally nearly here!
