·         At many secondary schools more than half of the children who arrive are dysfunctional readers?

As an educational charity, Real Action has taught over 3,000 children to read since 1999 (with the Butterfly method we enable an average improvement of 1 year's reading age in an average 20 hours' teaching). Nearly 200 adults attend our English Express language classes each day. Step by step, with your support, we will help every child, teenager, and adult  we work with achieve their educational potential and head for a bright future!

Leading up to International Literacy Day, 8^th September, we are aiming to raise £5,000 to help support our charitable work for disadvantaged children and communities.
