This summer, Madeleine and I will be walking the Coast to Coast for SOBS, a charity which seek to provide support to those who have lost loved ones to suicide. Although suicide prevention is of paramount importance, while it still happens there needs to be services in place to support those who have lost loved ones. SOBS offers support specific to the complex context of bereavement through suicide.

We will cover 309km in 2 weeks, something which will be a huge challenge (esp. for me as D of E was my last bit of exercise, lol), wish us luck.
