In our biggest challenge to date; the Hockey for Heroes squad will be marching over 200 miles from Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, to Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre, London. Whilst carrying a paralysed Ex-Royal Marine, Dom, on a stretcher the entire way; and if that wasn't enough, we are also playing 30 games of hockey. All within just 10 days.

Being a part of the Hockey for Heroes family is of great importance to me. As a serving soldier myself; I have seen the devastation that can be caused, and Help for Heroes is a fantastic charity that helps those who have been injured, both physically and mentally, back to the best possible health.
