*A mother and child from Iraq need our help*

The child now 5 years old came to the UK under the Vulnerable Children’s Resettlement Scheme because he was suffering from cancer and there was hope that he would benefit from cancer treatment here in the UK.

Despite salvage chemotherapy the child has relapsed several times and the doctors have now said there is nothing more they can do to help.

The child now has only weeks to live.

The mother is absolutely distraught and is in a extremely desperate situation, the pain of losing a child is unbearable for any mother but being here without any family support is also tearing her apart.

The mother would like to repatriate her sons body back Iraq however, she is in no financial position to do this.

The total cost to repatriate would be £3,325.
