A team of 12 of us are running the Men's Health Survival of the Fittest in
Manchester.  This is a 10k obstacle course that involves getting very
muddy and climbing over all sorts of obstacles as a team.

We will be running in memory of Kevin Grainger, who sadly passed away at the beginning of the year.  He was a keen runner and would have loved to have participated in this adventure with us.
