We are the only independent professional body solely dedicated to internal communication in the UK, we exist to help organisation and people succeed through promoting internal communication of the highest standard and this year we are turning 70!

To celebrate the occasion, we proudly decided to support mental health charity Mind through our new long-term initiative #WeMatterAtWork, which highlights the importance of well-being at work and how it can be achieved by focusing on how we communicate with employees.

We believe that employees deserve to feel that they matter and that they are valued and being kept informed authentically, truthfully and with respect; we want to examine employees' sense of propose and value at work.
