This year I will be joining the long tradition in Redcar of getting into the sea on Boxing Day. It will be VERY COLD but I hope to raise some funds to help Hillswick Wildlife Sanctuary with their excellent work rescuing and rehabilitating seals, otters and other marine mammals. They are even further north in the North Sea (or has it merged into the Atlantic at this point?) working around the Shetland Islands.
