The reason I'm raising money for Debra is that I have Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) and I have first-hand experience as to the effects it can have on a daily basis.

I am fortunate that I don't have a life-threatening version and that I am still able to do most of the things I love, it restricts me but it certainly doesn't rule my life. I am cycling 100 miles for two reasons, one to push my limits and prove that EB doesn't stop me from doing what I love. Secondly, to raise money to support individuals and families who deal with all different types of EB.

As a further incentive, if I reach my target I will also shave my legs and become a "true" cyclist. If this happens, I will, of course, provide photographic evidence and share it with you all.
