Help for Heroes is a charity set up to support service men and women injured in the line of duty. This includes everything from physical injuries to mental health, and even support soldiers in rejoining Civvy Street after their service ends.

In addition, they support the families of Soldiers killed while serving our country. They made a promise to fight for our our safety, it's time we made a promise back...

A total of 454 British forces personnel or MOD civilians have died while serving in Afghanistan since the start of operations in October 2001. In addition, Help for Heroes estimate that over 27% of soldiers will suffer from some form of mental health Illness.

That's why I'm taking part in an 100km trek along the River Thames to support Help For Heroes. 

I'll be setting off on the 7th September 2019, and walking continuously for 62 miles along the Thames Path, passing some of England's most iconic landscapes.

I'm asking for your support by donating to Help For Heroes, which you can do on this very page. Please give as much as you can afford, it's going to an amazing place.

- £20 Could pay for a coaching session to develop a career plan, helping wounded veterans regain their purpose.

- £50 Could pay for an outreach event helping H4H reach Veterans in your community who need their support.

- £100 Pays for accommodation for a family member to visit their loved one in hospital.

- £300 Covers mentoring support for Veterans starting up their own business.
