Story

THANK YOU for visiting my page.

I could (and often do!) spend a lot of time talking about the many reasons I am supporting Solent Mind but I'm going to try to keep it brief  for now.

Why running?
Because, for me, running helps me with my own mental wellbeing.  It helps me when I'm feeling stressed, low or anxious. Running gives me a purpose, a goal and a sense of achievement every time I complete a run. I also love running with other people and have seen from running with other people the positive impact it can have on their wellbeing as well.

Why Solent Mind?
I first became a Trustee of Solent Mind when I wanted to give something back after they helped a family member.  The ways in which Solent Mind help people in the local community really is incredible and I hope to share stories about the help they give along the way.

My cover photo includes some of the amazing people I've met who are part of the Solent Mind family!

Thank you again for visiting my page and any support you are able to give will be SO appreciated!
