It's official!  These days I am a bit of a chunky monkey.  Over the last year I have neglected to look after myself and I want to change things.  I have decided to take on a weight loss challenge to motivate me to reach my goal.  I need to lose 28 pounds by my 53rd birthday (16th May).  Please sponsor me £5 (or more please), which is a mere £1.25 per 1/2 stone (125 pennies per seven pounds) and I pledge to you all that I will lose the 28 pounds.  Thank you so much for your support.  It means a great deal.  Touch Trust is the most fantastic charity that has helped Greg and all his family in recent years.  It had such a profound effect on me that I undertook a year's training and now work there as a session leader.
