For a good few years, we've been donating money instead of sending christmas cards. This year I've decided to try and help a place that has helped us immensely.  West house provide us with two hours a week respite,  when kieran attends a youth group (in term time) and goes on trips during school holidays. I can't tell you how much this has benefited us all.  These are trained and dedicated people  who have energy to socialise and care for these kids when ours has all run out!!!
