Story
I am taking part in the Two Castles 10km run again, this time for the Send a Cow charity. The main purpose of this is to raise awareness of this incredible charity, they do some great things. Rather than throwing money at something, they encourage the education of people in need to better their own lives. So if you have any spare change rolling about please feel free to donate. It's a very transparent charity, and you can literally send a cow for only £55 (or a goat for £32 if you're feeling fruity) which will change a family's life - every single donation will count towards this.

Send a Cow is a International Development charity with a difference. They’ve been working with some of Africa’s poorest families for nearly 30 years, helping over 1.3 million people work their way out of extreme poverty. They provide livestock, tools, seeds and training as part of a programme giving people the hope and means to establish a future for themselves, their families and their wider communities. They are currently delivering our programmes in seven African countries: Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Lesotho, and Zambia.
