Last October my beautiful daughter was diagnosed with Autism. Its a big word Autism and not really understood or easy to work out (as I’m sure anyone that has a connection to it will agree). Every person with Autism is still very much an individual and knows exactly what they want and like. Due to this, setting up ways to help Autists live a full and rich life varies massively.

My little girl is AMAZING in every way and even though there is assistance through the NHS for families, the funding means that it can be difficult to wait for the advice and help.

Thanks to my daughters wonderful nursery (The Alphabet Tree in Caerphilly), we found AP Cymru.

AP Cymru is a fantastic charity that really make a difference to the lives of autistic people and their families! They arrange a huge range of autism friendly events and activities that allows the children and families learn and share ways and ideas of support so autism will not be the defining aspect of child’s life.

I’m putting myself through a lot over the next couple of months, so If you are able to donate any amount it would go a really long way to help.
