Edwards Trust is one of those charities that provides a service nobody will understand until they need the unique help and support they can provide. They are there to look after families when they most need it, those with seriously ill children and where a child has been lost.

Each year we do a charity bike ride to raise money for them. This year we are cycling 340 miles in 3 days from Lichfield to Edinburgh. A real slog. Four days before this I am competing in the Staffordshire 70.3 Ironman - 1.9 km swim, 56 mile ride followed by a half marathon.
