Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.   I'm cycling 2,700 km across Europe to raise $16,000 for the Karen Woo foundation – your support in this challenge would be greatly appreciated!

The Karen Woo Foundation is a small charity that focuses on providing healthcare to communities that lack access to even basic medical provision, primarily in Afghanistan.  The charity also strongly promotes the rights of Afghan women, following closely the aims and objectives of Karen Woo, whom the foundation is named after.  Karen was tragically killed while delivering medical aid to a remote part of Afghanistan. Karen was an amazing person and a close friend of mine.  I am honoured to support the Karen Woo Foundation and make a contribution to such an important cause.

The event is called RockRide2 and when I embark on the journey from Gibraltar to Buckinghamshire, England I will be joined by 17 other riders, each raising money for their respective charities.
