Steps

We support all with lower limb conditions to receive all the help they need

Story

My beautiful daughter Lola was born with only half of her left foot. Her foot stops at around where your laces would tie. We dont know why this is the case, there are a few possibilities but nothing confirmed. We thought that Lola might take longer to get on her feet than other kids her age but this isnt the case. She is 16 months and runs, climbs, plays football and does everything else and more.

When we found out about this at the 20 week scan, we didn't really know what the effects would be. The Steps website was a massive help and we were able to get lots of support, advice and information from them.

Charities like Steps often go unnoticed because lower limb abnormalities are relatively rare but this doesn't mean that the families need any less support. Steps receive no Government funding so they rely on the generosity of people who support their fundraisers.

So please dig deep and donate now.
