I'm fundraising for Unique Home, an institution that looks after unwanted and abandoned girls in Jalandhar, Punjab. Unique Home is being run by Bhai Ghanayya Ji Trust with an aim to raise these children as healthy individuals with the best of education and social skills. Parkash Kaur, the woman behind Unique Home looks after 64 odd residents who call her mother. She was selected the Real Hero in children's education category by CNN-IBN in 2011 for her commendable dedication towards these children.

Having spent time with these children, I appeal you all to donate and help me to raise money for this worthwhile and humanitarian cause. Let us not leave all the caring to the committed, and dedicated staff who are predominantly volunteers.
