I will be walking the 5km with a truly inspirational client of mine who sustained an above knee amputation / brachial plexus injury (leaving him with a paralysed hand) / brain injury and many more orthopaedic injuries, following a RTA on his motorcycle.  It was initially thought that he would not be able to walk for any distance / time with a prosthesis, however he has made an exceptional recovery to date! His progress has been incredible (and will hopefully continue) and his dedication to rehabilitation has been a large factor in this.  He is very determined and will no doubt complete the 5km he has set out to achieve. 

Please sponsor me / us and your sponsorship will help individual disabled people to believe anything is possible.  As Andy is proving, just because you are told you cant / wont achieve something, this isnt the end and some people can supersede the expectations of specialists.
