Out of pure stupidity, I'm running the London Marathon this year.
I'll be running in support of Hospice UK.
Hospice UK provides invaluable support and palliative care to people with terminal illnesses. While my Grandma was battling terminal cancer, she visited Bassetlaw Hospice for respite, and my uncle also sadly spent his last days there a few years previous.
We all experience terminal illness at some point in our lives, whether it's our friends, family or ultimately ourselves. So, if you can spare a few quid, please donate and sponsor my run to make sure Hospice UK can continue to provide all-important care and support to those who need it most.
