I'm taking part in the Virgin London Marathon 2011 on 17/04/2011 to raise money for Orchid Cancer Appeal and I'd really appreciate your support. Orchid exists to save men's lives from testicular, prostate and penile cancers through pioneering research and promoting awareness.

I am raising money for this cause after my Father was diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year, thankfully he is now in partial remission. I will be running the marathon with my sister, 2 brothers and brother-in-law.

Approximately 37,000 men were diagnosed with a male-specific cancer in 2010; from sons to grandfathers, men face the risk of prostate, penile or testicular cancer. Orchid plays a leading role in the fight against male cancer through research and awareness and by supporting patients.
