Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Sunday 23 April 2017 I'll be taking to the streets and participating in the London marathon. I was one of the lucky (??) ones to get a place in the public ballot, so I don't have a minimum amount I need to raise, but because this will be my first and only marathon I can't let this fundraising opportunity pass me by.
I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK to fund research into better treatments for people like Mum, Janet, Clare, Grampy, Chris and the millions of others who have experienced cancer in its various forms.
I'll be posting updates from time to time to let you know how my training (and fundraising) is going. Watch this space ...
