In 2013 I suffered an Accquired Brain Injury following a car accident. This required a long stay in a Brain Injury Rehabilitation Clinic, known as BIRT, in Ely Cambs.

This is a clinic that works specifically with individuals like me.. I had to re learn to walk , talk and take care of myself. They have a team of experts there 24 hours a day to take care for your every need. Personally , I don't know what I would have done without the care, support and commitment from these amazing people. Today I am home with my family where I belong and this is one small token of my family's gratitude for what they have done for me. Please help me raise money for this fantastic Organisation. 

Injuries and paralysis in my right leg have prevented me from running since my accident. This is my third attempt, if it takes me a week I will do this.
