For all that knew my nan Joyce Bennett may of heard about a beautiful girl she met. This young lady had Down Syndrome and the most wonderful personality. My nan loved children. I know that given the oppurtunity she would of worked with them especially the disabled. Times were different in her day and disabled children/adults were not given the oppurtunitys they are offered today. So lets please support the familys and staff and offer a successful and independent future for all individuals.
