Story
"ONCOLOGY CONSULTANT JUMPS FROM TALL BUILDING!"
At least that is the plan - on 26th September I will join others in jumping from and abseiling down one of Bristol's tallest buildings (The Premier Inn). I've not abseiled before! We are trying to raise as much money as possible for the recently launched CaRE (Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy Environment) appeal.
For those of us that work at the Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre we try to offer high quality care for patients with cancer. However, the building in which we work is showing signs of age and is desperately in need of updating. The CaRE appeal will provide much needed funds to improve the environment in which we work and will make a big difference to how we can treat patients with cancer in Bristol. Thanks for taking the time to visit this page and sponsoring the abseil. All donations are greatly appreciated.
