Jess & Jess are a part of the Swallowsfeet Collective and we are walking from London to Brighton on the 28/05/16 to raise money and awareness for the Alzheimer's Society. 

Alzheimer's is complex and challenging for all parties experiencing it, patient, carer, partner or family member and the Alzheimer's Society do a great job at providing care and support for those affected. We are walking to raise money for this great charity but more than anything we want to bring awareness of Alzheimer's to as many people as possible. The more we are all aware the less we are alone.
