Jim wanted to die at home with his wife at his side rather than in hospital. This was a wish that we wanted to keep for him and when he became very ill in his last few weeks and it was the Myton Hospice Care at Home team that made this possible. The support and care they gave Jim and the whole family allowed us to be with him right up until the end. We are so grateful to all the staff from Myton Hospice and we would like to give something back.
